Bruno is going through a bad patch with his wife (who works as a traffic warden) and has gone to live in a motel. There he meets an ex-girlfriend and old feelings are rekindled, but he cannot forget his wife.
One day he finds out, surprisingly that something has happened around him because everything has changed. He then realizes that his life (everything that happened before) is a film and he is a character in it. Bruno sees that everything is not lost and there might be a solution to his problems.
Bruno está en un mal momento con su mujer, con su trabajo como guardia de tráfico y se ha marchado a vivir a un motel. Allí se encuentra con una antigua novia, y se reavivan viejos sentimientos, pero no puede olvidarse de su mujer.
Un día descubre, sorprendentemente, que algo ha pasado a su alrededor porque todo ha cambiado. Entonces se da cuenta de que su vida (todo lo anterior) es una película, y él un personaje dentro de la misma. Bruno ve que no todo está perdido y que sus problemas pueden tener solución.
