Samantha is a young painter with a certain amount of success but she starts to hear a voice in her head which tries to convince her that she has been dead for several weeks. On the verge of madness she receives a packet with a video tape in which she can watch her own murder in a hotel in Istanbul during a recent pleasure trip. The voice gives her clues to build up a puzzle with pieces and works of art which she has to look for in different cities all over the world in a desperate journey to get her sanity and life back.

 Samantha es una joven pintora que goza de cierto éxito, pero comienza a escuchar dentro de su cabeza una voz en off qie trata de convercerla de que lleva varias semanas muerta. Al borde de la locura recibe un paquete con una cinta de vídeo, en la que puede verse cómo es asesinada en un hotel de Estambul. La voz en off le proporcionará pistas para construir un puzzle con piezas y obras de arte que debe buscar en diversas ciudades del mundo, en un viaje desesperado por recuperar la cordura o la vida.

Tras la muerte de su madre, con la que nunca se ha llevado realmente bien, Elena se encuentra en un momento crucial de su vida; un matrimonio roto y una hija con la que apenas se habla.

 La inesperada aparición de los diarios escritos y grabados de su madre, que Elena leerá y escuchará casi con desesperación, le harán descubrir una casi exacta similitud entre sus dos vidas; Elena se parece a su mader más de lo que nunca hubiera imaginado. Conforme va descubriendo la para ella desconocida forma de pensar de su madre, Elena encontrará la fuerza necesaria para romper con su vida actual y empezar de nuevo.

Elena is at a crucial moment in her life with a broken marriage and a daughter she hardly speaks to when her mother, who she never really got on with, dies.

 When she unexpectedly finds her mother’s written diaries and recordings she reads and listens to them almost out of desperation but this make her realize that there are many similarities between their two lives. As Elena finds out about the way her mother thought, something she knew nothing of before, she finds the necessary strength to break with her current life and start anew.

On the occasion of the inter-religious meeting held in Barcelona, Michael travels to this city to protect his mentor, Cardinal Giovanello. When the Cardinal is kidnapped Michael contacts his father, Luis Romero, the only policeman he can trust.

Con motivo de las jornadas interreligiosas celebradas en Barcelona, Michael viaja a la ciudad para proteger a su mentor, el Cardenal Giovanello. Cuando éste es secuestrado, Michael contacta con su padre, Luis Romero, el único policía en el que puede confiar.

Salva, a simple girl, gets by in the underground with her friend Angel but the phrase doesn’t work for them anymore.

 Considering the success of all kinds of telly preachers, fortune-tellers etc who seem to be on all the television channels tricking ordinary people they decide to do the same thing. An accident takes then to prison. At this point the reality show “A firm hand” comes onto the scene. On this programme it’s decided if people under threat of the death penalty should be saved or not. The presenter Bigardo, who’s suffering from low audience ratings, sees Salva as the possibility of boosting them. The audience takes to Salva and they free her and so she becomes a broadcasting phenomenon. …..

Salva, un humilde chico de barrio, se busca la vida en el metro acompañado de su amigo Ángel, pero la frase “es triste de pedir, pero más triste es de robar” ya no les funciona.

En vista del éxito obtenido por todo tipo de telepredicadores, videntes, etc. que pululan por todas las televisiones engañando a todo hijo de vecino, deciden hacer lo mismo. Un accidente les conduce a la cárcel. Entonces aparece en escena “Mano Dura”: un reality show donde se decide si personas condenadas a muerte pueden salvarse o no. El presentador, Bigardo, agobiado por problemas de audiencia, ven en Salva la posibilidad de levantar el programa. Salva cae bien a la audiencia, que lo libera y lo convierte en un fenómeno de masas…
