Esperando al Mesías

Ariel es un tímido chico judío que convive con su padre, es incapaz de moverse con fluidez y permanente se cuestiona su identidad. 

 Circunstancialmente conocerá a Santamaría, un bancario de toda la vida que pierde el trabajo y se convierte en una especie de vagabundo, que recolecta documentos en la basura.  Ellos dos asistirán, cada uno por su lado, al derrumbe de sus respectivas familias y proyectos.  Pero sus vidas su cruzarán y se retroalimentarán, y a partir de ello surgirán otras miradas para enfrentar las crisis existenciales.

Ariel is a shy boy who lives with his father, is unable to move himself smoothly and is questioning his identity.  

Providentially, he will meet Santamaría, a banker all his life, who loses his job and turns into a sort of vagabond, collecting documents from the rubbish.  These two will help, each in their own way, to pull down their respective families and plans.  But their lives will cross and they will tell each other their stories, and from this will come other ways of confronting their existential crises.  

A mi madre le gustan las mujeres

Elvira, una chica de veintitantos años, tan guapa como insegura, coincide con sus hermanas, Jimena y Sol en casa de su madre, Sofía, una célebre pianista separada del padre de sus hijas hace años.

 La madre aprovecha la celebración de su cumpleaños para dar a sus hijas una gran noticia: se ha vuelto a enamorar. Las hermanas aplauden la buena nueva. La madre les advierte que su pareja es algo más joven que ella (“mejor, mamá, eso es que estás en forma”) ha nacido en Chequia y es también pianista… pero hay algo más: es una mujer.

Elvira, a girl in her twenties, is as insecure as she is beautiful. She meets up with her sisters, Jimena and Sol, at the house of their mother Sofia. Sofia is a famous pianist, separated from the girls’ father years ago.

 Sofia takes advantage of her birthday celebrations to give her daughters some important news; she has fallen in love again. The daughters take the news well. Their mother warns them that her partner is somewhat younger than her (“even better Mum. That’s because you’re in shape”), was born in the Czech Republic and is a pianist too.. but there’s something else, it’s a woman.
